Deka Immobilien buys office building in Ireland for €37 million

DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale‘s real estate investment arm Deka Immobilien GmbH bought an office building in Dublin, Ireland, for €37 million.

The commercial property on 40 Molesworth Street is near Trinity College, Grafton Street and St Stephen’s Green city park, according to a May 10 news release from Deka Immobilien. The 45-year old building comprises around 3,100 square meters of leasable space and 21 parking places.

The property is fully leased on a long-term basis to two tenants with the main tenant, corporate law firm DLA Piper Ireland Services Ltd., headquartered at the property.

Deka Immobilien will add the commercial property to WestInvest InterSelect, the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund being sold by an institutional investor.
