TVM Transport inks deal with SEGRO to lease 1,600 sq m of warehouse space in Poland

Polish cargo transportation company TVM Transport & Logistics Sp. z o.o. signed an agreement with UK industrial real estate company SEGRO PLC to lease 1,600 square meters of warehouse space in Wroclaw, Poland.

The two European companies have been cooperating together since 2022, according to a May 7 news release from SEGRO. The deal is the second agreement between the companies, coming after TVM Transport leased roughly 2,500 square meters of SEGRO’s warehouse in Tychy, Poland.

The contracted space in Wroclaw will be TVM Transport’s eighth trans-shipment point in Europe and will handle both vans and trucks. SEGRO controls the daily technical aspects of the building, which has 24-hour security and automatic license plate reading.

Adam Bilka, Vice President of TVM Transport said:

“The development of transhipment infrastructure is one of the elements of our company’s business strategy. The location of the warehouse is important for us, as we handle many transport orders on a daily basis in the Wrocław area. The new point will develop the network of fixed transport lines, which will improve the flow of cargo and enhance the quality of our services.”

The warehouse space is near the Trans-European Transport Network’s S8 expressway and the A4 motorway.
